Return Policy:

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for regular priced items.
• All returns must be in the exact condition they were received: unworn, without stains or odors, including original tags, hygienic liners, and packaging.
• Please try on all pieces with undergarments.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our standards.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@anacaonaswim.com for approval and further return instructions. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping:

Please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items:

Items with a 15% discount or more are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds:

After your return reaches our HQ, is inspected, and approved, your return will be processed. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which may take approximately 24-48 hours from the completion of processing.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Due to our limited stock, we recommend making a separate purchase for the desired item(s) to ensure availability.
