Please allow 5-7 day to process your order. The timeframes listed are estimates and do not include holidays or weekends. As a small business, we do our best to prepare and despatch your order as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and details within 14 days of your ordered being delivered. Due to sanitary reasons, bottoms and one-pieces are final sale. Tops can be returned for store credit. You will receive approval and instructions for eligible items to be returned within 24-48 business hours of your inquiry.
Item(s) must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these standards. We are not responsible for any shipping fees, duties, and/or lost packages. It is strongly suggested that you use a trackable service.
Any items purchased from our sale section and/or with a discount code ≥ 15% are considered final sale.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS/USPS using a trackable service. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days after item has been despatched. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order - our system will process labels according to the exact address provided by the customer. We are unable to make any address changes after 24 hours of any order being placed. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible to pay any additional postage fees.
International orders are shipped via UPS/DHL and can take anywhere from 3-8 days to arrive after order has been processed and dispatched. We always use a trackable service. Customer is responsible for any taxes and duties associated with purchase - we do not calculate these at checkout.
